A growing fan base deserved a better digital experience.

Like most franchises, the Seawolves were running a familiar patchwork: a website built on a generic CMS, a separate mobile app vendor, third-party ticketing, and disconnected email tooling. Every fan touchpoint lived in its own silo.

Each tool worked – in isolation. Together, they made it hard to know which fans were the most engaged, which campaigns actually moved tickets, and how to reach the right fan in the right moment on game day.
